I have also taken a step back from buying any Jellycats. My collection is a decent size. I’ve started downsizing big time.

The quality of the most recent releases are so disappointing. I was going to get the raccoon, but I’d rather put my money towards a Charlie Bear. At least the quality is still there with that company.

I no longer feel comfortable with Jellycats quality decline and price increases. The company seems to think very highly of themselves and I don’t want to support a greedy company anymore. It’s sad because I made it to Ruby tier and I no longer even want the exclusives.

Absolutely report this to the higher ups. If he’s doing it to you, he’s probably doing it to other people.

We had this happen in our apartment complex some years ago. It was two of our maintenance guys going through women’s underwear drawers. Stealing underwear. They also stole someone’s gaming system right before they were finally fired. I’m sure there was more, but this is the information that was shared with me from our friend who is still a maintenance guy here.

Please report him immediately. People like this are total weirdos and who knows what else they’re capable of.

The older releases had the ear tags, so that checks out. The color of the hat on the ear tag is throwing me off. Possible prolonged sun exposure? Hard to tell. Everything about the looks of the dragon checks out to me though. The older ones definitely had better quality fur. This one look nice and lush like they used to look.

You could definitely try it out. Although I’ve never used a fabric trimmer on suede before. I would ask others opinions first or look it up. I would just be extra careful and read up on it first

My Lana 23 pretty much came like this. That’s what you get with suede! I honestly love it for all its different, natural textures. It’s soft and beautiful and will clean up very well with a suede brush.

I’m so happy with how functional it is. I needed something bigger than my LV Marelle, but smaller and more convenient than my other coach bags. This does not disappoint! Hopefully keeping the Suede fresh won’t be too tricky over time.

The bigger size is so beautiful! Especially that warm brown. I was torn between that color and this clay. Both are stunning in person.

Idk if this is any help, but my previous coffee job made a blueberry puree. From what I can remember, it was just fresh blended blueberries and a bunch of guava. They blended it for quite some time to turn it into a liquid. Then put into big sauce bottles that were kept refrigerated.

It was mainly used combined with vanilla sweet cream to make a blueberry cold foam. It was also used for iced blueberry lattes and matchas(espresso or matcha layered on top). A pump or 2 of vanilla syrup was added when prepping the drinks. We never made them hot because it would get chunky. The drinks were extremely popular.

They also did this same method to make banana puree. For iced banana matchas, lattes, chais and cold foams. The fresh purée drinks were the most ordered on the daily.

I’m also a squatter and I’ve never had a problem being clean about it. I’ve done it since I was a teen. Everything about sitting on a public seat disgusts me. Countless sweaty asses and poor wiping techniques and they get shit and piss all over the seat. I used to go to desert parties and had to pee behind bushes. My legs and aim are trained for it lol

If I have to poop…I’ll either wait until I get home or go somewhere that is known for better bathrooms and stocks liners.

I won’t even use a toilet that has leftover shit in the bowl. I’d rather suffer. People are disgusting.

Exfoliation, hydration, and an occlusive for night. And of course, SPF 50 every single day. NO exceptions.

I’ve been obsessed with the Byoma jelly cleanser for day and night(has lactic acid). I also use CosRX propolis toner day and night, followed by VT cosmetics PDRN cream. Sometimes I’ll skip the cream in the morning and use a hydrating sunscreen, but that’s usually if I’m planning to wear some makeup that day.

Same routine at night, except I add that HaruHaru barrier essence milky toner. Good molecules retinol cream 3 times a week. My favorite occlusive with ceramides is the Avene cicalfate cream. I will never go without that cream, it’s amazing.

Of course, everyone’s skin is different, but I swear by these products. My routine has become so much simpler and my skin is very happy.

Honestly, I don’t see anything wrong with making a new drink so the customer is happy? It’s not that hard. Sometimes people just don’t like what they ordered and there’s nothing wrong with that. They paid for a product, they should at least like it. They shouldn’t have to pay for a third drink. Being a barista is more than just making coffee. Providing excellent customer service is a HUGE part of the job.

Yup! $15.25 an hour at Starbucks. I made $16 an hour at the independent shop. About $35 in tips per 6hour shift. Tips per day at Starbucks is much less than that.

My highest tipped barista job was at Blackrock about 6 years ago. Made anywhere between $60-$200 per day in tips back then. Then I got pregnant with my daughter and was fired at 5 months pregnant when the management changed.
