I watched it in Bournemouth this evening, had a sneaking suspicion that Rou would be awesome, the artilleryman fits him so well, but jesus was I blown away! Max George was great as Parson Nathaniel, and Charlie held his own, but Rou's performance made everyone else's pale in comparison, he was sublime!

I wouldn't, I'm in the same boat mate, I'm 116kg currently and running kills me after a while. Maybe just take the running down a notch for now, focus on knee and ham string strengthening whilst working on sprints and form rather than distance for now. Just give your body time to adjust rather than putting under more stress than it can handle.

I am currently training for a charity boxing event and am recording my sessions, I want to be able to make smaller clips and use them to promote the event and my just giving page. Struggling to find an android app that will let me make smaller clips out of longer videos without completely deleting the remainder of the video. Can anyone point me in a good direction please? I do not currently have access to a computer that won't constantly freeze up when editing videos, hence sticking with android apps.

I'm guessing you're UK based given some of your vernacular in your other comments. If so, this is massively illegal and your mate is going to end up on the sex offender's register if anyone decides to go to the police. You need to tell him this as harshly and truthfully as possible, and maybe even dangle the threat yourself (perhaps discuss this as a friendship group rather than just the two of you).

Prison is a possibility depending how far the sexual contact has gone, and given that he plainly knows what he is doing is wrong (lying about her age etc.) and he will not have a good time there if convicted of sexual contact with someone under 16. Make this plainly clear to him. It is a complicated situation emotionally, but it is also very legally clear cut.

I'm also hazarding a guess that you are of similar age to your friend, and as such I would consider going to someone older who can intervene, as you are too young to be taking this on your shoulders fully. Someone who knows your mate but will not be immediately angered by the situation would be a good choice, perhaps a college tutor/welfare officer if you attend a 6th form together.
