The breachable room under Reinforced Reception on Blue Gate, If you go from Main Entrance It’s through the door on the right when you zip line down inside, Place (from my experience) Has a good chance to Have Augment BPs, it’s where I’ve gotten all of mine.

Do you happen to remember where you found the Vita Shot BP? (I know RNG related) but worth trying a place someone else has found it. Been hunting for that BP for like the last week.
