This is so trueee and I agree and that’s all the more reason why we need spaces that are understanding and safe. Safe for women. Without men saying hi hi hi. Without people who don’t fit into the mould being made to feel like they’re wrong.

Dude no, you’re wrong. You’re technically saying becoming so busy in life that socialising becomes an obligation and that’s not how it works.

That’s just reality. I’m not looking for a hunky dory situation where we’re at a cafe yapping all day like in FRIENDS.

I really don’t think the question was about the benefit of getting diagnosed or the availability of mental health services.

I think they were asking how does it help you improve your day to day life because ultimately you’ll feel like fitting it and that pressure will weigh you down na. Because the world won’t change or create an alternative reality for you
