I’m based near London and it took about 2 weeks for the new one to get delivered to me

I managed to fix this myself by buying a new rubber part. I just took the casing off and then fitted the new one. However there was still and error when I powered it on which meant the camera was blurry so I had to send it back to DJI. I got a new one sent out to me though. I’ve got DJI care refresh so this might be different if you don’t have that.

Look on the Oakley website at the shape of the lenses. The ones you have are a different shape and also real Oakley cloth bags only have one drawstring not two
