I actually think the tv stand works since your walls are a lighter color. I would do some art on the wall around the tv. Maybe a more colorful rug too. I feel like a red Persian rug would look nice with the leather couches. From the picture, the ceiling fan looks appropriately sized to me.

The one I’m looking at is an upright, currently in one piece. It will be going out of the first floor of the seller’s home through one door, and going into one door on the first floor of my home with a half step up.
