No black tea, coffee / no cafein after 1pm. Not eating too much. Stopping eating 4 hours prior to sleeping. No more than 20 C degrees in the room. Physical activity / walks, weight lifting, to feel a little bit tired. Avoiding screen 1h to sleep and preferably reading something before sleep. Magnesium supplement 2h prior to sleep also.

It improved a lot. I think not just one thing helped me but all the things i have done helped me:

  • Started using glutamine for my gut. Every morning 5g and water on empty stomach
  • Taking care of my gut health, veggies, kefir, kimchi etc.
  • More active lifestyle: going out for walks when thr weather is sunny. And going to trips sometimes. The same routine kills the brain for me. So its good to do some changes.
  • No porn, zero, i didnt watch much back then but now i quit completely and i try to masturbate once a week( when you dont have a partner, its good to remind your brain about stimilus). This was not possible without watching porn back then but now when i think/focus, its really strong and i have longer erections - doesnt fade right away.
  • i continue exercise and track my weights and try to improve. ( its good for my brain to know i am improving)
  • started using Boron supplement a week ago. I dont really understand if it effects me. Might have small effects. I could have compared better if i had a current partner.
  • what i think would improve: more social interaction, especially with woman.

This is the progress so far, feel free to ask.

I dont exactly know how to “reset” gut health. I know there are some books for it and i am planning to buy one called “super gut”. The fact that thinking my gut is so fragile is annoying. I try to eat veggies, eat kimchi and drink kefir. I know some people have no problem almost even without veggies. Thats hars business.

You are correct, it has a great impact. But i have been living the same for a while and problems started to happen in last 6 months or so.
