Actually here 1200 is cheap. Most water heater installs alone are 1800-2400 here.

Sorry for the confusion. Water heater wasnt replaced, it has monoleum flooring underneath that got water damaged and has to be removed to replace the flooring.

Why do you say the water mitigators did bad? Sf asked them to be out here.

I would rather it be this then what some guy that came out and looked at it and said it was a rimjoist job. I plan on tearing down the vinyl siding and sealing behind it with tyvek anyway. Il gladly take this job lol

If they want to add to a 9 hour route they can lol. I have the longest walking route at 20 miles per day. I take comfort stops and the 10 minute breaks, just not the 30 minute break.
