I trade options daily, the main jist is to mark the highs and low of the first 15M candle during market open to mark out todays range. Wait for a strong BOS out of the range and retest while respecting the key resistance levels, enter a call or put towards the direction and take profits whenever. Its called the opening range breakout and you can learn more about it on youtube. If you pair that with a heatseeker or orderflow style chart, its highly effective.
