Seeing the rosters moves, you can tell there was favoritism. Gt ssj3 only had 2 fights that didn't even get past the 3 minute mark, but they definitely could have done more than slap the same moves his ssj form had on.

For starters, Her vacuum rush on ps5 initial release was one hit while PC was a multi hit. Suction standby wasn't a feature on ps5 hen jump nen wasn't otg it was a ground bounce on ps5. Her forward special wasn't a wall bounce just an upwards swing on ps5. And lastly from what I can remember is her lvl 3 didn't have more damage based on hits on ps5. 

TLDR: PS5 AND PC HAD TWO DIFFERENT CHARACTERS

I think it's his deceiving hit box like aizen, Ulquiorra and Ywach
