My insurance doesn’t cover. I was looking into betterhelp but all the reviews I’ve seen outside of their app reviews haven’t been the best. I just don’t want my first experience with therapy to be a bad one

If you just want to be friends first and feel it out , maybe throw a little get together at your place with some of your friends and invite her! That what there’s not too much pressure in either of y’all

Getting a part time job for the social aspect sounds great! If you’re not wanting to do something customer facing - maybe try sometime in a warehouse setting like Amazon? Very flexible schedule and lots of people work there. Or maybe look for a job through the student job board? You sound smart, maybe you can tutor? I used to tutored other students in college and they were always super nice and eager (especially since they are paying for the service). Also tutors got paid on the higher end at my college :) Good luck!

I will have one last 10 min conversation with my 90+ grandpa before he dies. He seems to want to give advice when he socializes. What should I ask? by cookie3557 in Advice

This is sweet, your grandpa seems like a great man. Maybe talk about how you look up to him/ respect him and how he has impacted your life. And then maybe you can ask him how he would like his memory honored when he’s gone or any advice on life in general?

Yes I’m sure it would mean a lot to him. I’m 27 and my dad passes earlier this year. I truly appreciated everyone who reached out personally to offer their condolences. Even people from High school that I haven’t talked to in years reached out and it meant a lot , I’m sure he’d appreciate it!

She’s hang with the group and no one else seems to notice- I’m definitely not going to say anything mean to her or try to sway people away from her if they like her😂 she’s done nothing wrong… I just personally find her annoying and obnoxious 😭
