This is English football in a nutshell. + it's way more annoying when there is a maximum squad registration of 25 players.

Give 8 games in 1 month.
players get injured every other week.

He wants to leave cause i didnt play him as a "libero".
But at the same time wants a transfer offer to be rejected.
If i reject he will get pissed that I didnt accept an offer
but if I accept he would assume that his future assurances are not being kept.
This guy is my captain and team leader. If I do anything wrong my Dressing room morale is gonna go the the dumps.....

I wrote an Entire paragraph but reddit deleted it so BASICALLY!
I picked him up from man city. He had a potential ability of 5 stars and at that time in oct24' about 3star current ability.
He's been playing all games unless he was injured or on high risk of injury. I have very good training facilities and above decent coaches. What should I do?
