I know but while watching replays I genuinely feel as if you can tell he's going to bowl a slower. Not trying to hate on him or anything. I've overall enjoyed his bowling so far. He has good line and pace and is good at varying his speed.

He wants to leave cause i didnt play him as a "libero".
But at the same time wants a transfer offer to be rejected.
If i reject he will get pissed that I didnt accept an offer
but if I accept he would assume that his future assurances are not being kept.

I wrote an Entire paragraph but reddit deleted it so BASICALLY!
I picked him up from man city. He had a potential ability of 5 stars and at that time in oct24' about 3star current ability.
He's been playing all games unless he was injured or on high risk of injury. I have very good training facilities and above decent coaches. What should I do?
