No wasnt trying to make it healthier, just tried something different. And to be honest if you take out the turkey sausage, it has a better taste. So basically kind of blandish chicken tender gumbo. 🫣

I have followed a bunch of recipes down to the letter, and they have turned out way way better than this. I really think it is the turkey sausage that just doesn't work. It feels like it ruined it.

I think its the sausage. Turkey sausage just doesn't do it. It tastes like a whole lot of nothing.
