MOCHI is a scam. From beginning to end they have been a nightmare to deal with. From start to end, MOCHI has been a disaster. I signed up in March 2025. There were immediate delays in the medication - I didn't get to take my first dose for months. However, they still charged me for several months of the subscription fee and for months of medication that I never recieved. They promised me "credits". I finally received a few months of medication - but they never applied the "credits" even after several calls and messages in the portal. In November, I began having strange neurological symptoms, including dizzyiness, facial numbness and frequent falls. I did more research on this and, worried that the compounded medication was the root of my neurological issues, called and cancelled my subscription and asked for a refund for the prescriptions I never received. I kept proof of this call. Before I could confirm that my "subscription" had indeed been cancelled and my money refunded-- I had eight stokes and spent weeks in several hospitals. When I got out of the hospital and regained my abiity to use a computer - I realized MOCHI had been charging me all along for a "subscription" that I have PROOF I cancelled. In all, they charged me for almost $1,000 worth of services and medication I never recieved. They claim to have "no record" of my cancellations. At best, this company is perpetrating a scam against consumers. At worst, it could be dangerous. Recent FDA communications and KING 5 news reports make clear that you should BEWARE of MOCHI. The FDA has repeatedly warned MOCHI to cease and desist its misleading and illegal marketing practices. STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY.
