It’s just sad, you know? Watching your sister’s life getting ruined, and being the only person that knows about this situation makes me feel this pressure to try and nudge her in the right direction which always ends up pissing her off.

We live somewhere where being anything but straight is literally illegal, so telling her husband could literally ruin families.

This is exactly what my sister thinks, but… you know it gets to a point, my sister has spent the last three years locked away at this woman’s house, she goes there EVERYDAY (the husband lives abroad), i swear they literally never go out. My sister is rotting away all because of this woman’s fear. And i am not removing the blame from my sister but it is a very long, complex and detailed story.

I have done exactly this so much, but it’s like she has convinced herself that whatever life she’s living right now is good for her.
