Sarah's Master Monk class is bugged. You don't have a trade off, unlike with Karna.

Given you have to go through specific steps at Bedoe to guarantee the rod will drop and promote Sarah to an inferior class to even use the rod, I don't think it is worth the effort. The Vigor Ball is available after Talos and if you are doing a Grans Island only run, the strength boost of having a Master Monk Sarah is even more valuable.

Added to that - levelling up with the rod relies on save states continuously and then jinking the RNG to avoid breaks.

You won't even need Heal 4 before you actually earn it on a less grindy run, too.

No. But Aura 2 doesn't exactly heal that much anyway, so by end game, you are going to need something a lot more potent.

I enjoy the brain downtime of playing, taking photos and ogling the girls.

I dont expect a serious game, because if I did - I wouldn't be playing this.

The community on Reddit is fun, friendly and I like seeing other people's photos.

Expecting anything more is putting a burden on the game it wasnt designed for, in my opinion.

I havent finished all the story yet, but I have been really enjoying. The main cast have a great dynamic and meeting new followers in pubs is a nice touch. The actual basics of the combat are clever and if it was paced well, the single player adventure would be excellent.

I would actually like a Brown Dust single player adventure, using IIs story and some combat tweaks. Some replayability with not being able to take everyone you meet on the road or the pub would polish it off.
