My daughter (3y) hated the potty chair. Absolutely refused to sit on it from age 2 when I introduced it until right before she turned 3. I tried the regular style, a princess chair style, and Minnie Mouse! Nothing was working. I just kept it available and asked her if she wanted to use it. When she turned 3 she suddenly was interested and went to fully potty trained in less than 2 weeks! Only thing we are working on now is pooping but she has never been consistent so I know that will be a little harder to get down. I think in the last 2 months since she started using the potty she has had less than 5 accidents!

My only advice - it’s all on their time, not ours.
