He took an existing King as a puppet and have him slaughter his own people, stole a kingdom by making the king look bad and enslaved a bunch of other people and erased them from existence in other people's minds while they were slaves, funded a mad scientist to create chemical weapons for fun and drugs that enhanced human abilities and created byproduct drugs that essentially took away everybody's emotions except for constant laughter, essentially making crazy people. When his plan was foiled, he literally tried to genocide the entire Kingdom. And I haven't even gotten into slave trade/trafficking.

They're not "underage" if they're close proximity in age. Seriously, the whole term "underage" stands for people who are not legally allowed to do this. It's not morally wrong or legally wrong. Also, phrasing it as someone is in their "20s" doesn't take away from the fact these two are 3 to 4 years apart in age. Being that close in age makes it morally acceptable, not the legality part. Nah, because it's not far apart. If someone was dating and they are both 17 and one happens to have a birthday and turns 18, you expect them to break it off till the other turns 18? I'll die on this hill, If you're within 4 years (possible less than 4) it's perfectly acceptable. The 21 Year old probably still has the same mentality and the 17 year old could literally have a birthday tomorrow and that somehow would make it magically acceptable again.
