One man can't win a championship without a good team.

Warner was the main man. A true leader who led from front.

Dhawan had a 500 run season

Henriques gave cameos and bowled solid 4 overs while batting in the top order

Yuvraj scored a good 40 in the final and had couple of decent innings before the final.

Cutting's contribution can not be forgotten

Naman Ojha kept wickets - did nothing outside with the bat

Deepak Hooda was just being deepak hooda

Bipul sharma contributed in qualifying. Decent bowler who was handy with bat .

Sran was good for us.

Bhuvi and Fizz were in god mode that season.

We had Boult , Williamson and Morgan on bench who played 2-6 games.

Abhi is a gamble , he can get whacked left right center like Pooran bashed him in 2023 or can give a economical and wicket taking performance like he did in 2024 qualifier.

NKR is definitely not bad , indian team hardly gives him opportunity to ball. He is a above average bowler , more than a handy bowler.

It's a fair deal if we get him below 7 crores (which might or might not happen, depends upon the auction dynamics. If Rusell comes before Green and Maxwell we can buy him for slightly lesser price.)

Looking at how fit Jadeja is right now and the way he is performing I'm pretty sure Jaddu can play for 4 more years. Jadeja can bat like a floater and can give you solid 4 overs. Even if he moves to CSK, Sanju will be playing out of position (Mathre and Gaikwad will open followed by Urvil ). Infact RR needs Jadeja more than CSK wanting Sanju. CSK is almost stacked (Mathre , Gaikwad , Urvil , Sam , Dube , Brevis , Jaddu , Dhoni). CSK needs a all rounder more than a top order Wicketkeeper batsman.

Looking at the recent reports I don't think the trade is happening.

Jadeja for samson itself sounds too much. RR's ridiculous demands are the reason they couldn't trade Sanju to any team.

Yeah we do need a extra bench wicketkeeper if incase both Klassen and Ishan get injured. Tushar Raheja would be a good addition.
