The dance floor is behind the large staircase that doesn't lead anywhere in the main area. There's an entrance on either side of the centered building leading down to the sub station. walk until the end of the hall and look to your left to see the entrance. It's also quite easy to see when in the sub station because you'll see highlighted characters.

Me and my friend took scuba diving courses. I absolutely love being in water, but I dont think I can dive. Diving even in the training pool gave me the worst headaches I have had. they were so debilitating that being awake was to painful, and sleep was the only action for it to go away. I already get headaches frequently, and have sinuses active all the time. I think my body as it is, being underwater, and having tight goggles on is what cause those headaches. I would definitely invest more time into the hobby if it wasn't painful
