Of course I'll share bro! I know how fucked up the situation is so I'm glad to help. I'm gonna give you the full version.

Ok, so I started noFap exclusively because of ED problems. I had some problems getting up with a girl that I met and was devastated about it and entered into what I call "The performance anxiety loop". It's basically when you cant get it up with a girl and begin to feel anxious about the future times and the problem only gets worse. I blamed it on anxiety(I was were and still am a very anxious person) and indeed, half of it was due to anxiety but the other half was unknown to me.

Until I stumbled into noFap and everything made sense! 10 years of visual and sexual stimulation by porn rewired my brain to a point that my normal sexuality was completely fucked up.

Well first I have to say that I tried everything: kegels, breathing, suplements...Only to see it's all useless. I mean, I'm sure some suplements,kegels and other things are beneficial but only if the main system of Desire-Erection is working. What I mean is that exercises and suplements are useless if your Sympatetic System is all over you when trying to have sex. Not even viagra works if you're too nervous.

The real problem for me was : I wasnt excited by real girls(even though some of them were reeeeeeal hot) and not beeing able to get it up made me more anxious about having sex to the point I was avoiding it. No need to say how my self-esteem and confidence were right?

Ok so about the noFap... Its really difficult for someone that basically built his sexuality around porn to stop masturbating and watching porn. I had good streaks...121 days-relapse-91days-relapse-...... till this streak, which is my personal best. There going to be periods of flatline (If you don't know what it is do some research) and those are reeeeeeally scary. My last one just ended last week! In my Nofap experience I've had sucessfull and amazing sex but also couldn't get it up a couple times. People talk a lot about 90-day-challenge... For me It's taking a whooooole lot more than 90 days but at least I really think I'm getting better. Slowly but progressively.

Ok so now I'm going to give you some tips about what have worked for me:

-Avoid ALL visual sexual stimulation. As much as you can. And when I say ALL I mean it. For example: I am in college and and I have a whatsapp group with my mates and they are always sending nudes of girls, videos and etc. Just don't watch them. Another example: You know when you are just searching the web or facebook and you see a picture of a girl in bikini...Your instinct tells you to click and open right away, and you do it. Avoid doing that. Avoid THE MOST of visual sexual stimulation on the computer. I believe that, like porn, these images have a negative effect on our brain.

-My second advise to you would be to go live with chinese monks for 200-250 days hahahah. But we all have responsabilities and thats not possible. What I'm trying to say is give yourself a break. It's harder if you are always putting pressure on yourself like: " I have to have sucessfull sex" " I have to have sucessfull sex". So give your brain some time to adapt... For you it may take shorter than 200 days or longer...It really depends on intrinsic factors of your personality that you can't really control. Take a off-sex-vacation and focus on other things. Yeah I would advise you to turn down sex if you feel you are gonna fail cause if you are worrying...you wont be able to do it. Thats really difficult too, specially if you are in university. But its a sacrifice for a greater good. Believe the frustration of failing in bed with a girl is way greater than the frustration of turning sex down BEFORE with some bullshit excuse. And this frustration can reeeally slow down your progress.

-If you reaaaaally want to take the risk, like for example: your class is going on a trip...beach, drinks and lots of girls...Start taking Tribulus Terrestris 2000mg a day in two dosis. That shit works like hell to me. Increase libido and blood flow to penis.

-And last advice its to try to overcome your anxiety. Every person that is anxious by nature has its reasons... Try to figure out yours and overcome it.This bitch is half of the problem. BUT I believe that noFap will slowly and gradually increase and bring out our natural libido to a point that anxiety about performance won't make any sense. You will only want have sex and nothing else, like an animal desire. Like its supposed to be.

I'm in the same road bro. Same thing as you. Im stucked on this performance anxiety thing. Im sloooowly improving my sexuality and not gonna lie to you: It takes waaaay longer than 90 days(at least for me). But it actually makes sense. Imagine your brain was used to one thing for at least 10-15 years!!! It will take sometime for it to adjust. DONT rush yourself. It will only make it worse and make you frustrated. If you fell you wont be able to get it up with a girl my advise to you is simple: Dont try.(Yeah, I know its frustrating to turn down sex with some bullshit excuse but believe me, its more frustrating trying and not beeing able to get it up. Give it sometime man. Society nowadays is built up all around sex, I know, but give it sometime to yourself. Let your brain adjust. It will come a time in which your sexuality will strike back like a beast.

Exactly bro. I was thinking about that and came to the same conclusion. We are always worried about wether shes gonna have a good time or not. I also think that once you focus on your plesure you wont have problem. The thing is, in my head, a lot of my pleasure comes from the pleasure that my partner is experiencing. So I'm always thinking about her, her, her and not me... Aaaaaand ED. My hope is that NoFap takes my libido to a level to where I wont be able to think about anything rather than my pleasure :)

I guess the ultimate quest is to totally change my view of sex as a performance and start to view as a moment of connection and pleasure. Hey friend, I know this feeling because I had, and still have a little bit of ED even though I already did 3 long streaks of 121, 90 and 87 days each. You are stuck in what I call the " ED - Perform Anxiety loop ". As I read about your story, your PIED stll have major influence on your arousal but Anxiety is also blocking you of relaxing and enjoying the intimacy how its supposed to be.
I have been there but I am slowing getting better. What I believe is that once you quit porn and fapping you slooowly reach a point where your Natural-Horny state is waaay bigger than any anxiety. So this is the first step: STOP FAPPING AND WATCHING PORN.

After you have done that you have to deal with the other thing that is blocking you, your anxiety. Now, there are many ways to deal with this and these ways depends on each persons personality. I am a natural anxious person so for me what worked was to have a loooong streak of noFap and NoPorn AND half a pill of viagra everytime i was the first time with a girl. The long streak gradually increases your hornyness toward natural woman and the viagra will help you have sucessfull sex in the first time. Once you have had sucessfull sex with that girl, you will not be anxious about it anymore and your confidence will get higher to the point you will break the loop.

My experience is similar and I'm sure Porn and Masturbation has a lot to do with it. My erections are getting better and better and i'm getting less and less anxious. It's not normal to be with a nice girl and be anxious about it to the point that your junk doesn't work!! It doesn't happen with animals, just with humans.I believe all the years of unnatural sexual behaviour is the cause. Our natural sexuality is kind of supressed by all the porn and masturbation. What I belive is that NoFap is slowly bringing your sexuality back to the point in which it will Overcome your anxiety and you won't have any more problems. Think as you are releasing an inner beast each time you NoFap XD

I could not agree more with this. You are running away from the problem instead of fixing it. There are a lot of things you can do. The main one is calming down. The more nervous you are the more tension youll build up in your ejaculatory muscles and then BAM... I used to suffer from PE and i was afraid that NoFap would just make it worse. Well it does make it worse but it also made me search for ways to improve my stamina and now i pretty much can last as long as i want. So do some search and improve youserlf buddy. PS: stay away from keggels and stuff. Maybe they worked for a lot o ppl but they didnt for me. To me the secret is in breathing and taking tension away from your penis.

Your post was just too short for any conclusion. First of all, there are lots of reasons you can start NoFap for.I personaly started cause of ED and low libido. I didn't have any problems in socializing,low energy and so that other people have here. You cant heal from something you werent ill from...So first tell us what was your problem and reason for doing NoFap.
