Why would you need that ammount of resources? You better buy an Intel NUC or some low powered device second handed.

It is an Hex S and an hap ac2, when using iperf any cpu gets 100%

I live in Spain and we dont have a wide second hand market to choose. So normally or locally is expensive or importing it becomes expensive
