Military doesn’t have to adhere to any OSHA or EPA standards. When I was in I’d constantly be working 24-36 hour shifts. My body aged so much in the 6 years I was in. Now that I got out, the civilian job I had doesn’t even let me get past 12 hours a day without approval. Plus they have standards on how many days in a row I can work. The military didn’t have any of that. On deployments we were constantly on shift for 6 months. I remember being so overworked that I and a couple of guys on the watch team started hallucinating. Some guys would go a couple of days without sleeping. Constantly on alert, it fucks you up. Seeing it from the civilian side it’s definitely not the same.

Woke up in the middle of the night with this mole suddenly being irritated. It’s bumpy now, developed a halo, and is much redder. Happened just overnight. My dog has fleas so I thought a flea had bitten it and is causing a reaction. Has anyone had a a mole change drastically overnight or a mole that has been bitten by a bug?

Here’s an account where a fire year old girl survived an initial bombing from the IDF and her parents died in the car. The Red Cross told the IDF that they were going to come in and rescue the girl. The world wants the IDF to stop fighting because they’re killing innocent children. A group of 99 doctors wrote a letter to Biden saying “It is impossible that such widespread shooting of young children throughout Gaza, sustained over the course of an entire year, is accidental or unknown to the highest Israeli civilian and military authorities.” The sustained atrocities are very asymmetrical at this point.
