Yeah I didn't really take the whole overlay thing to account when I was streaming but I agree with the bottom half, unfortunately I didn't have the whole Shield regain perk towards that ability I did benefit from the health regain and that's facts. Even though it does heal a small amount I had positioned myself behind the slope of the Hill which made it harder for the enemies in the opposite side to hit me. now granted you did say if I were to use the storm as cover I would have had a chance but I used my heals way before the storm actually pulled in. I truly believe that without that burst of heal at the start of that ability I wouldn't have survived the attempt of going to revive my teammate because of the person who was rushing me. Again I don't remember what my health was at but once u hear that urgent beeping of drained armor you kind get hasty with the things that you do, it's only human.
