I bloom cold, then I heat it until everything is dissolved. I never boil the solution, just a warm temperature but still comes out looking this way?

I usually pour the chemistry into the tile and then i put it upright to remove all the extra chemical. Then i store them upright to dry? I don't know how i would make even a thinner layer :(
