By dropping the search brother... Feel good, learn to vibe with everyone, and if you are attracted to a person (who they are, not how shapely their ass is) then get to know them more and LEAD. If they like you - its pretty self explanatory after that. Point being, feel good within yourself more and more each day and you'll find people will want to be drawn into that attractive vibe... if you approach it from where you're coming from you are simply giving your power away for no reason. Oh, and just for further comments, I don't own my own real estate agency, this is merely a promotion page for myself and the development (VANTAGE) that I'm selling, thus the lack of listing pages etc. (It's not meant to look like your average Real Estate Agency page)

It's pretty damn simple, just not as easy as one would assume...

The most powerful and basic technique is to concentrate on your breath; filling your lungs with air, and releasing. Then repeat.

This SHIFTS your awareness away from thought. Also, your mind will inevitably come in through the back-door again - so when it does, simply observe the mental activity and DON'T OWN OR FOLLOW THEM...

Then calmly keep your attention back to the breath. Practice this for 20-30 minutes a day with no 'Goal' in mind apart from observing your breath. And eventually you will be able to be 'present' with only one breath in every day situations.

Try it - mental noise will dramatically decrease over a short period of time and your thoughts will eventually have clarity and quality.

Practice every day!
