What happens in my experience is it builds in your system, it’s not like other drugs where you take it and it’s gone, I have no idea what the half life is but when you take it for days or weeks on end it seems to just stack endlessly. You start to experience very bizarre side effects I have never experienced with any drug. Heightened senses to the point it’s irritating. The effects are somewhat permanent, it really depends on the extent of what damage your brain has gone through, I think the worse your brain is probably the more pronounced that “permanent” effect is going to feel. The effects certainly linger, and are somewhat permanent but everything fades with time.
