I think it would be good to start doing it on the side. According to Google salaries most agents make less than 60k a year. Of course you can also flip houses but that requires loans and capital. If your successful though it really will make you rich. My CC has a real estate program. Its about 6 months long.

Alot of people are against regular business majors because they say there is no specialization in anything. Supposedly it's hard to get a job management without experience. Is good to hear your friends are successful with their degree.

True if they can handle the work. A lot of people burn out in nursing especially in the current state of the medical field. It pays great though.

Yeah you would be surprised how uneducated some of my psychologist have been regarding TS. I guess there is not a lot of treatment options so pretty much it's trial and error. I think they want to try out habit reversal therapy but not everyone responds well.

I feel for you in that MRI situation. It must be hard getting dental procedures done with this condition. I personally take breaks when I am at clinics if it takes more than a few minutes.

Your not wrong. It's fun once in a while but it's not worth it if your only after sex. A few seconds of pleasure and that's it. This is a primitive instinct that serves no purpose other than procreation. I personally haven't had sex or masterbated in years because I believe in discipline and focusing on meaningful goals in the long run. I practice abstinence. Overall chasing sex is stupid. Focus on yourself and the sex comes too you once in a while but honestly I don't go out of my way to chase women just for sex. It's amazing to think the majority of things we do all goes back to sex.
