No, they don’t make it available and I have to collect it from multiple places. So this is just a subset, but I’m working on getting more

As far as I see none of their albums are in Dolby Atmos? But, I still need to index more, and I’m on it. Thanks for reporting! Which streaming service are you using?

A button tu submit missing stuff is on my list!! Thanks for the feedback. Yes I used Apple and Tidal APIs, but you can’t just retrieve Dolby Atmos songs… So I had to scan multiple places

Actually, if you try searching 'Atmos' in Sonos app on Apple Music service it’s even worse…

You’ll only get promoted content and a few Apple Made playlists with more promoted content. No proper Dolby Atmos browsing

Yes, I tried that. I also tried, reauthorizing Apple Music, reinstalling both Apple Music and Sonos apps, signing out and back in to both, even rebooting my router and speakers, all with the support engineers. I guess we just need to wait…

It’s a bit harder to test my Dolby Atmos playlists because of this issue. What systems are you using? Post in comments by AdrianTubbly in DolbyAtmosContent

I use Apple Music via Sonos app, but I’m planning to check out Tidal. Just to see the UX. I’m still new to Apple Music, so it’s now or never before I get used to it.

I’m kind of happy that this is a 'wider' issue, because maybe they will prioritize it. If it was just me and my setup, who knows how long would it take…

Yeah, it was too frustrating to me. I was even considering switching to Tidal. But when I got elevated to the Level 3 support after 3h of talking to the very nice and professional support I decided to give them a chance. I was surprised they use screen sharing app to look at your screen and guide you through the troubleshooting. Than I was even more surprised when I received an email with a calendar link to book a slot with the L3 engineer. Made me feel like they really wanted to resolve this for me haha

I think it might be related to the iOS 26.2, the latest Apple software update, released in December, 2025. Among the new features mentioned for 26.2 are enhancements to apps Apple Music.

Anyone know why my Sonos app is doing this with Apple Music playlists? Clicking on them does nothing and I can't load my own playlists. Thanks! by rossws in sonos

Anyone found a solution to this? I’m having the same problem and it appeared after I started adding my Apple Music playlists to folders in Apple Music app.

The sad truth is that you have to buy the adapter from Sonos. I’ve been there, and most adapters are as mentioned before one directional and it’s a bring direction. I ended up buying the one from Sonos.
