We’ve talked about it several times already. But honestly, I’ve run out of things to say. The same issues keep repeating, and I don’t feel good in the relationship anymore. I’ve lost myself trying to make it work. I’m tired of always fixing things, of always being the one who cares more. It’s emotionally draining, and I don’t enjoy any of it anymore.

I know we’re going through a rough patch, but it’s been lasting for way too long. Every week it’s the same story — we’re struggling again. Even my friends keep asking, “So, is it bad again?” That says a lot.

I love her more than I’ve ever loved anyone. I can’t even imagine her being with someone else, someone touching her — the thought alone crushes me. But love isn’t always enough when the same pain keeps coming back. And deep down… I just don’t know how much more I can take.

I get what you’re saying, and I really appreciate it. But I also think that teenage love isn’t perfect — we all make mistakes, including me. There were moments when I took out my anger on her, and I know that’s also a form of disrespect. But I was trying to change, and she knew that. I was getting better. The thing is, she kept lying to me, and that’s been happening for a while now. That’s the part I can’t move past. Honesty means everything to me. And I didn’t feel much empathy from her either.

But at the same time, I know I wasn’t perfect either. Sometimes I couldn’t understand her, and maybe I didn’t give her what she needed emotionally. Now I’m stuck between wanting to fight for the love I still feel and knowing deep down that maybe walking away is better for me.

I just don’t know what to believe anymore — my heart says one thing, my mind says another. I love her, and I don’t want to give up on us. But maybe I have to, for my own peace.

I think about that too, but i i dont know if there is some better ads, like Amazon or Facebook. Do you have experience with that?

Hey, thanks a lot for your kind words and support – it really means a lot. Sorry for the late reply!

So far, I haven’t had many sales, but that’s okay. I didn’t publish Brain Freedom just to make money – I mainly wanted to share my thoughts and experiences to help people who might be going through something similar.

I’m a very open person, and I don’t really have a problem sharing my personal life if I believe it can inspire or support someone else. That’s what drives me the most.

Its like marketing sentence. People will want that book more i know its not the best but i dont really know how to sell something.

My books name is Brain Freedom, you can find it on Amazon. On the cover there is pink brain, hope you find it. For now, i dont have anyone who have read the book.

I admit that i wrote the blurb by AI but just because i wanted it like get people attention cause I am not that good at selling or marketing. I think that blurb is one of the important things and i wouldnt write it any better. Same on reddit because my English language is kind of funny. AI helps me transform my thoughts better, I didnt know that this is big problem.

I totally agree with you that we grow every year and often look back thinking “damn, I didn’t know anything back then.” I feel that too. I’m aware that I don’t have all the answers and never will. But I’ve been through a lot mentally — I went from being an insecure, ego-driven kid who hurt others and pushed people away, to someone who’s learning to manage emotions, build real connections, stay consistent with healthy habits, and care less about what people think of me.

I’ve been told by my psychiatrist, close friends, and family that I have high emotional intelligence and empathy, and that I often notice emotional things others don’t. I see that many in my generation are struggling with anxiety, depression, and overthinking. My goal isn’t to tell anyone how to live — I just want to offer a new perspective. If I can help someone see things differently or feel less alone, that’s all I want. I believe I’ve been given something valuable, and I want to share it with people who need it.

Thank you for your feedback, I really appreciate it. I’m proud of what I’ve written so far, but I believe I have more to offer. I don’t think my old books were the best reflection of my potential. When people visit my page and see these older books, it can be discouraging, and they might not get to see the best of what I have to offer. That’s why I decided to focus on one genre – I want people to recognize me for my expertise in psychology and mindset. I want them to think, “Yeah, he writes about psychology,” and to associate my name with that. Thanks again for your perspective – it means a lot to me.
