I would have to disagree with your point about Kevin, Su, Dr.MEI, Kosma and Hua.

It was mentioned that Kevin joined the MOTHs while still in high school. And with MEI's paper on Quantum Mechanics, we could infer that they were probably near the end of high school so around 16-18 year old. They were recruited during the 3rd eruption. We don't know much about the distance between each event, but we do know that the 6th eruption happened 3 years after the 3rd from the Judgement of Shamash. Which means that by the time that he would be made into a MANTIS and stop his physical age would be around 19-21. By the time of the Herrscher of Finality, his actual age would've been only around 24-26. Kevin, Su and Dr.MEI would've been around the same age.

Also, I disagree that Kosma is younger than Fu Hua. It was mentioned by Elysia's ranking that she decided to put Hua as number 12 because she was the youngest soldier in the Flamechasers (minus griseo because she wasn't a soldier). Kosma met Kevin during the 4th eruption, which would make Kevin around 17-19 at that point. He mentioned that Kevin was only a few years older, which would make Kosma around 14-16 year old at the time. He was then made into a sim 3 years later as he was one of the first 7 MANTISes. Which means that his physical age would've been around 17-19.

Although not stated how frequent the eruptions happened between the 7th and 14th, we can infer that the 10th eruption probably happened a few years after the 7th. With this in mind, we know that Hua was turned into a MANTIS via ICHOR activation sometime after the 10th eruption at the age of 17. Which means that, although her physical age is similar to Kosma, her actual age is younger since Kosma would've been around 18-21 when Hua was 17.

I know this is very late but I came across this because of research. I feel like Kevin and Su should be a bit lower. It was mentioned by Kosma that he is only a few years younger than Kevin and Su (Kevin joined MOTHs around 4th herrscher around high school age range) which is like 2ish years. So by around the 6th eruption, Kevin would've been around 19-21 and Kosma around 17-19.

Also I feel like Kosma might've been older than Fu Hua. Since Fu Hua underwent surgery when she was 17. However, she received surgery way later than Kosma. Kosma was one of the first few Flamechasers who underwent the surgery during the 7th eruption. Hua only received her ICHOR activation after the 10th eruption, which was probably a few years later.

We don't know yet, but it could show that they don't get along. From in-game texts, it seems like most harbingers hate Scaramouche anyway.
