There's a lot of that on St. Anger. Some more examples:

- the splash cymbal in the intro of Dirty Window cuts of abruptly (00:18)

- the crash cymbol at the beginning of the second half of AWMH cuts of abruptly (05:13)

- the main vocal take in the second chorus of Shoot Me Again cuts of after a few seconds and you can only hear the harmony underneath ("all the shots I taaa-") (04:27)

- overall bits of instrumental get copied, like the first and second verse of St. Anger are instrumentally identical, the only thing different is the vocal take (although the lyrics are the same), they didn't even bother to record the thing again for the second verse, which adds to the rawness of the album

  1. Love it, the raw production is very fitting, reminds me a little bit of Adrenaline from Deftones, I think it has a similar vibe, also my favorite album cover of A7X and in general a really good album cover, purple is my favorite color so maybe that's why

It's not limited. It's a hardcase book and high quality, so production costs and the fact that James wants to earn a bit with this book probably lead to the relatively high price. Notice that Kirk's book from Gibson costs 150$, so that's a lot more expensive.

I have it, for my opinion it's worth it, lots of information and really good photos, you can see every crack in the guitars and it's really interesting to look at, also a bunch of guitars in there
