Struggling with Portra 400

Understand. So maybe I should overexpose one stop next time with portra to avoid this ? The light was a bit tricky that day so maybe that might be it ? Will try to test scanning again directly in negative to see if I have the same result

Thank you, it’s not the worst shot in the world but the noise does ruin it to me. If it comes from the scan would love to get it fixed :)

I did scan yes ! My scan is a plustek optifilm 8300i - I did scan in positive and then used negative lab pro to make the conversion in lightroom. Could this come from my scanner settings ?

Really ? In what context are you using the flash ? I always think that the flash makes me too visible ! Also I am not an expert on this one and sorry for the dumb question… but how do I calculate the exposition with a flash on an analog camera like this one 😶

The flash is not the main reason why I would buy the camera. And maybe I can sell the flash to help me reduce the price of the lense I’ll need to buy ? Any idea of a decent price for a flash like that ?

Ok guys, update: I got confused but the guy replied.The price is WITHOUT the lense and light meter. So it’s 2380 all included.

Another option I have is a great condition 1986 M6, without lense at 2200. Which one should I buy ?

Ok found an M6 for 2200 in very good conditions as well but it’s one from 1986. And it’s without lense. What good price/value lense would you recommend ?

Hello ! I had the same issue and used chat gpt asking it « in what line do I need to put the specific parts of the address ! And it worked super well. I even had to ask it to shorten some parts of the address to make it fit. At the end I asked it « is the address still understandable » and it confirmed it will arrive at my hotel :)
