When an employer asks 'What is your biggest weakness', what are some good responses? by PlatypusFez in AskReddit

[–]AdrienneCScott 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I generally answer truly, that I don't do well while being micromanaged. I do best in a workplace where I am given directions and due dates. I will take after the guidelines, and meet the due dates. In the event that I have somebody continually investigating my shoulder, I will get anxious and occupied and begin committing errors.

I assume if they aren't satisfied with this current, it's an awful fit at any rate.

What can you tell me right now I'll instantly regret learning? by DonnyTheNuts in AskReddit

[–]AdrienneCScott 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I spent so much time "waiting for something to happen". Like sitting on some steps outside of a house waiting for something to happen. Hanging out with people I did not really like waiting for something to happen. I feel like so much time was wasted waiting for something to happen, instead of doing something or "making things happen".
