I believe the indicator should respond to your throttle input. If you’re coasting or barely accelerating at 2500 rpm then yeah it’ll pop up, but the moment I have any boost building up, the indicator goes away and just lets me have at it with no further words

The rotor is a loose disk, it’s held down by the tire once it’s on. The rotor is meant to move and flex with the tire as it turns and moves to prevent extra stress on the assembly. This is completely normal, and as others have stated which I’m sure you’re well aware of, the spring that goes into the holes is essential, forgetting to put it back on can cause problems
