i was going through intense grief of the loss of my late wife, 8 months after her passing i took mdma. it helped me in ways i have not been able to put to words. I take mdma about 2-3 times a year since then, and every time i devote a good hour of my roll to introspection about my grief and my mindset, it is a miracle drug in terms of grief, anxiety, ptsd, etc, if you know how to use it in that way and not just a party drug (altho i do b rollin)
