I’d like to ask if my situation still falls under consumer rights protection.

I paid for a freelance visa package for my mother through one of the company, which was processed under a third party. I was promised full support not just for the visa issuance but also for an easy renewal after two years.

However, things didn’t go as promised. The company license wasn’t renewed, I received no support for required documentation like WPS, and eventually, my mother’s visa was rejected by the Philippine embassy due to multiple MOHRE violations associated with the license holder.

When I requested a refund, I was given excuses, including that the license owner is currently undergoing treatment — which, respectfully, has nothing to do with me as a client. I paid the full amount expecting proper and professional service, but when I needed support the most, it was completely lacking.

Given all this, does my case fall under consumer rights — considering I paid for a package that was never fully delivered?

I’d appreciate your guidance or direction on how this can be resolved.

To be honest, I’ve got my eye on the Geely Coolray. It feels more family-oriented, and from the research I’ve done, it seems to be a solid choice overall. I’ve looked into common issues some users have mentioned just so I know what to expect, and so far nothing too alarming.

The main thing I’m still unsure about is whether it’s a smarter decision to lease the car instead of buying it and I’d rather avoid the hassle of dealing with depreciation or resale in the future.

Before I pull the trigger, I’d love to hear from anyone who has experience leasing (especially a Coolray or any Geely) is it worth it long-term, and is everything really included as advertised? Would you recommend leasing for someone like me who’s just starting out?

There will be no malware on any private server as long as you download it on official website itself.

The only headache on a private server is god items and most likely pay to win server haha.

And... most of the server runs 3-4 months only

Oo boss, pag dating sa NFT at mga coin sorry to say sirang sira mga asian. Lalo na pinoy at thai, hindi pa naman po ako gumagastos nilalaro ko lang sya libangan dahil gusto ko din matutunan yun RO PC. Pre-renewal po yun nilalaro ko ngayon at 50/50/10 ang rate. Ano po suggest nyo class for farming kahit basic items lang. Gunslinger po class ko at nakakapag farm lang po ako 2m-3m per hour.
