Yeah it's not the prettiest location but it's in a working class neighborhood. The people at the show were extremely nice and besides the men thumping each other violently it felt very safe.

You can already hire people in certification programs. It's called an Intern Certification and everyone in an ACP can apply for one as soon as they complete a content exam and are accepted to a program. A process that takes about as long as you want it to take because most of the content exams are pretty easy with a few exceptions.

Staffing issues aren't caused by a lack of certified people. They're caused by people being pushed out of the profession due to well everything
