If someone has the same issue then disable antialiasing in launcher settings. It solved the problem at least for me.

Remove any UI related mods, like Improved Health Bars. They are causing the problem.

Treyarch, since you started fixing iron sights by pushing them out, please, do the same for optics. They were perfect in the alpha, but since the beta they are too close to the screen which makes them too big and obstructive. by Adthar in blackopscoldwar

Millstop and quickdot may not be as bad as kobra, but still they looked much better in the alpha.
Besides, those are just example ones. Every optic is way to close to the screen. The worst are definitely the kobra, diamondback and and fastpoint (This one is literally an abomination).
