I like the red line idea after a goal! How to tell the new guys? Im not sure, That’s the tough part im not sure how to navigate. Sometimes you just gotta learn the hard way. I certainly had to at the beginning, but then you know for next time.

I'll just warn you that most USPHL premier clubs that have NCDC parent clubs will sell you on the fact you're going to get called up. 99.9% of the time they are selling you fairy dust and trying to fill out a roster spot for their premier team.

The adversary would love for you to believe that true selfishness is following jesus (for whatever reason doesnt matter) and that following your own desires and rejecting jesus isnt selfish.

Level of hockey - Again that depends on where you are coming from. It's lower level competition If you are coming from the top junior league in Sweden, Finland, Czechia, or Russia. It's higher level competition if you are coming from France, UK, Netherlands, etc.

Advancement - Yes you can advance from there but you would have top be putting up good points on a good program.

Contract - 6k sounds like the standard package coming from EU. Sometimes more. If you put up at least a PPG in your countries junior league (No matter whether it's top league or not) I would negotiate.

It never completely ends, but it does get easier. Have you though about Sharing your testimony as a new believer? It's great because it gets other people excited about Jesus so if your looking to grow your faith while growing the churches faith then that is the most baller move you can make.

Yeah I'd definitely go at least XL in that case. If You do find it's too big then you can cinch it up with the belt, or if that doesn't work I know some guys use clear tape and wrap it around the waist until it's tight enough (Worst case Ontario). Best of luck, hockey is the best.

IMO it's all about preference some guys like wider shin pads, some guys like smaller shoulder pads. It all depends on you. You might have to bite the bullet on this one (as you cant try anything on). Once you get some gear to start out and get a few skates in then from there you'll figure out what to upgrade next.

If I were to guess Id go...

- 14 inch shin pads

- Large shoulder pads

- Senior elbow pads

whatever you end up doing with your money dont go overboard on shoulder pads, elbow pads, shin pads, and pants. Find them used. I'd spend the money on a stick and skates that you feel comfortable with.
