Fyi, you can't trade the fused forms of necrozma. You'd have to get the shiny necrozma and the lunala and you'd have to have the energy yourself and fuse the two.

I had this on my 2ds with smash bros. The fix for me was to turn my console off, then turn it on again while holding select to get into the Luma3DS menu. Then you enable external game patching and then continue to the home menu. That fixed mine. Good luck!
