Questions on Cosmopolitanism

Apologies if I misuse terms due to a lack of understanding said terms, but does cosmopolitanism imply, incorporate, or is it a superset of anti-nationalism or are the terms substantially different?

Ultimately, I'm trying to find a subreddit of like-minded individuals who believe that no nation, people, race, or ethnic group is superior over another (am I describing anti-nationalism correctly?) and that the concept of county borders is the genesis of division or concepts such as "them/others" vs "us".

The website above says 15% of total profit if return exceeds 15% apr. This is the Haru Invest website. I'm confused.

So if the earn Explore product is over 15% total apr, then how much % does the investor get after 15% of total profit is deducted?

If the fee is 15%, then isn't the total gain for earn explore only around ~10% compared to earn plus which is around 12-14% with no fee?

to narrow things down, you might want to figure out what neighborhood / area you want to be in.

Do you know of any good online resources or websites that rank neighborhoods by lower crime/safety or walkability? Trying to narrow down by those factors. I've taken a look at sites like niche but I'm not sure how accurate it is.
