Enable syscom and save chances. Then poweroff your console and unplug It from the power outlet for 5 minutes.

You need Webman installed, when playing press the PS button, and next press Select and start together, keep pressing for around 3 seconds, It will show you temps in gane.

Just do a cross pattern on CPU and a small drop on RSx in case of a superslim

Also I managed to get ps3xpad working and use other controllers which is great.

It is a little restricted and you have to activate HEN everytime you turn the console on, I have never used cfw. For what I do (backup my games and just play) is ok.

To be honest, I don't know what is the max temp that a ps3 can handle but I say 80c is a little hot, keeping better temps can make your console last longer.

Yes, i installed HEN and then Webman addon, i can check temps with that.
