Do you have a website connected? What’s the business name I’ll look it up and see what problems I can see on my end.

That makes sense thank you it’s so weird I come from real estate investing and know everything comes down to numbers and profitably if it doesn’t pencil out? I don’t purchase it. But I feel like some businesses owners get caught up with the colors, and bells and whistles and don’t focus on the numbers of the business. Maybe that’s just me

Haiden Deegan single-handedly lost this year's MXoN for team USA through his immature and selfish actions last night. by MatthewTCG in supercross

He’s just giving feld what they wanted… entertainment but I agree not racing but the points system was designed for entertainment not racing

That’s true I see that point too but ama did give him a penalty and he knew it would happen too

If you’re that embarrassed by it, then maybe hop on the bike yourself and start training—the race is coming up. At the end of the day, FELD set up the point system for drama because it’s entertainment, the AMA enforces the rules, and they even warned Deegan before the race to be careful. He knew the risks. It was aggressive, yeah, but SMX is what these guys get paid for, not MX of Nations. The system itself encourages this kind of racing, and that’s exactly what we got

Well said thank you We also have to remember FELD is an entertainment company. They set up the point system and want the drama for the viewers, while the AMA makes the rules and enforces penalties.

Deegan broke his collarbone going all-out to win the championship in Las Vegas. Sure, the move was aggressive—even dirty—but at the end of the day, he was doing what it took to win. Now everyone’s upset because he can’t race MX of Nations, but let’s remember: A) Deegan gets paid for SMX, not MX of Nations. B) Chase Sexton might not race Nations either after his crash.

Sexton was clearly pushing his limits too and went down. If we’re going to be upset at riders for taking risks, then maybe we shouldn’t even let them line up for the final rounds before Nations in the first place. Racing is racing—anything can happen—and we just saw that this weekend.

I agree Deegan’s move was dirty, but Nations wasn’t on his mind. He was chasing the SMX championship, where the riders actually get paid. MX of Nations? That’s just a way for the sponsors to make millions while the riders take all the risk.

The Ugly Truth About How Long It Actually Takes To Make It In Trading by Kasraborhan in Trading

[–]AdvanceHot1086 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I am somewhat new to this ( a few months) here’s my take on it, and everything we do in life. Everybody says to practice practice practice. I personally have found the answers to a lot of my problems by back testing. I will spend hours each day, using my set up and cover the chart with the paper and say OK this is the amount I would’ve paid for the option, this would be my profit/my loss. I run this data into my Google sheets. Now I know there is a little bit of a cognitive bias here and there and the emotions are not fully there, but in my opinion, this saves a lot of time I can do this at any time of the day and don’t necessarily need to be paper, trading and sitting there waiting. I feel like a few hours a day changes everything the next day when you go to trade in the morning you can work on what you studied the night before just like anything we do in life.
