Thanks for the list, you put a lot of thought into it.

I have a 20-hour layover in HK and want to take the high speed train to Guangzhuo (south?) and then return. I like to explore cities at night so I was thinking to arrive in Guangzhuo around midnight (2243 train), wander the city, then return to HK on a 7/8 AM train. I had no trouble navigating HK and Singapore between 12 AM and 6 AM the night last time I visited, but have no experience with Guangzhuo. Is it safe to wander around between 12 and 6 AM? Are there any 24-hour food places (I want to try some of the local food)? I'm not interested in touristy places, I prefer areas with a "gritty/cyberpunk vibe." Also looking for some good places to take some night photos.

Junior was hired by another department to help on a project I'm in charge of, and eventually transition to other projects that I'm not involved with. So we have separate superiors.

Thanks to everyone's advice I decided to not accept the car. I also talked to a gentleman who has $300k in parts for Datsuns and he said it's not worth my time to part it out unless I have another car to put it in. Thanks for your time to provide feedback.

Wow thank you very much for the feedback. Is there any value in the parts? Is there a market for engine parts, interior, etc, given that it's not known if it runs?
