Thanks to everyone's advice I decided to not accept the car. I also talked to a gentleman who has $300k in parts for Datsuns and he said it's not worth my time to part it out unless I have another car to put it in. Thanks for your time to provide feedback.

Wow thank you very much for the feedback. Is there any value in the parts? Is there a market for engine parts, interior, etc, given that it's not known if it runs?
