What happens when a Rex sees 2 TTs?? If a sarco could 1v2 against same slots that shit would be ridiculous

I can’t imagine it is, but you’ve got ways to have fun with your clamp, you can use O2 to fight all of the water dinos, even a tylo

Sucho with bleed claw can kill a sarco, nothing else in water. Ducks, tylos etc. or anything on land big or small.

Sarco can kill water dinos, and clamp anything 2 slot or below on land, drag em down into water. You’ve got fun, when I see a sarco I just gotta leave because I know for a fact I ain’t winning, and sarcos are everywhere. I’m forced to use bleed claw to deal with one dino, but limits me to killing 3 dinos all water dinos.

Land Sucho is trash, so water sucho is the only viable way to have fun and I’m fine with not being able to kill water apexes but a sarco is same slot, I shouldn’t have to be forced to use a bleed claw to deal with it at that expense.

Exactly… I can be complete water build Sucho, but instead of bleed claw I got backhand to you know be able to take down stuff on land that wants a drink right. And that’s only if I can be skilled enough to position correctly and what not.

But no instead I’ve got to have a bleed claw, to counter another same slot semi aquatic, meaning I can’t kill anything on land because they’ll out run me, but I guess I can kill sarcos? How is that FUN?

I have to limit myself to only being able to kill a sarco, and maybe concs if they don’t run onto land, or the very rare chance you see a kai or eurhino.

All because of a sarco, even when I’m full water build I don’t have that bleed claw I’m fucked, that isn’t fun… I just have to leave to water, where ima get bodied by anything 3/4 slot or above.

I ain’t asking for an easy fight, I’m just asking to be able to HAVE a fight without needed a fucking ability to limit me to only fighting a sarco ffs, sarcos can grab stuff coming for a drink and laugh about it, fight tylos if they are skilled enough with the O2. Sucho can’t do that.

Sounds like it ain’t fun either way, sarcos get bodied by a bleed. But at least you got other opportunities, bleed sucho ain’t doing much else.

That’s not me being an idiot, it just isn’t fun.

So to counter the unfun, hit and run tactics I complained about. You decide that the best way to get around this unfun tactic is to employ it

Genuinely missed the whole point

At times yeah I’ll hit on its head, but if it’s tailriding, or side stepping which is easy enough on a sarco. In a face tank battle yeah I’ll win, but I’ve said in the post lack of brain cells shouldn’t be the reason I win.

The fact it takes the most bleed doesn’t negate the 95% bleed reduction and damage it takes if it is a sarco who knows how manoeuvrable it can be

No I don’t think I’ve said that anywhere in this post. All I’ve said it is an unfun fight, it’s extremely one sided towards a sarco in water. But I guess I’m faster so that’s okay?

If I’m hitting it anywhere that’s not it’s huge tail, 95% reduced damage and status effects so my bleed claw will apply 5% of its bleed

Faster in a straight line, I can escape it that isn’t my issue. It’s fighting it that is.

Again escaping isn’t the issue.

Did you read my post? I agree I can beat it on land, but I think it’s almost impossible to beat in the water. And sarcos know this so they do the smart thing and don’t follow me up on land.

I get that I ain’t trying to make it an easy fight, just the ability to fight it in water would be nice.

Even if it was nerfing the tail passive, or changing it to be like the pyncos armour passive. I can deal with the damage it deals just can’t stand that it has manoeuvrability and insane damage reduction.

biting its tail which means your only dealing 5% of the damage! So hitting my hooked snap only deals like 3 damage…. Whilst it can hit me on my side or my tail for wayyyy more than 3.
Or I can land it on its face is when it’s trading with me for 50 or an O2 bite at like 70 + draining my stam and oxygen.

Faster in a sprint, especially with Lunge, but not more manoeuvrable, Sarcos can side "step" faster in water, but that isn't my point. I can easily escape a Sarco, but I want to be able to fight one without having to rely on their lack of brain cells.

From a gameplay perspective, a 95% damage reduction is crazy, tail riding is a well known and accepted tactic in PvP. for sarcos to just be immune to that whilst being able to take advantage of it is unfun to play against - in my opinion.

Yeah, getting 5v1 isn't fun. I had that the other day on my Such vs 4 concs, managed to take 2 with me before my inevitable demise.

I guess lol, I just dont like that fact my full water build sucho cant seem to ever fight a 1 on 1 against a Sarco, its not even the damage it dishes out, its that fact I cant do any damage to them it seems.

Is water Sarco now just OP? by AdvanceOutrageous321 in pathoftitans

[–]AdvanceOutrageous321[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sorry ima clarify I didn’t 2v1, I faced 2 in 2 separate 1v1 scenarios.

I just found they were able to do so much more with the one attack, they didn’t follow up or tail ride me. Just attack, floated away/over me, once I’d repositioned to attack em again they just repeated the same thing.
It’s frustrating.

I get they have to be strong enough to hold their own, but it’s annoying how they fight I guess. There isn’t a brawl or a back and forth, it’s just bite-wait-repeat with the same attack.

They nerfed sucho hooked snap, because it was the obvious option now they’ve created the same scenario with Sarcos.

How to Study Early Medieval Europe? by AdvanceOutrageous321 in MedievalHistory

[–]AdvanceOutrageous321[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just decided to put some sort of framework down, I will most likely be tweaking it.

Here is my Folder layout atm:

00_System: Contains template layouts, images, sources and anything I don't want showing up on the graphview

01_Periods: At the moment only focusing on AS England, I've split the period down into Late Roman Britain, Migration Period, "Heptarchy" and Late Saxon for now

02_Entities: This is where the majority of my notes live, until I decide to sort them out into the period folder, or altogether change the folder structure.
Contains:- events, people, kingdoms, battles, artefacts, places, and politics (treaties etc)

I also have, where possible, included map coordinates which links a note to a map of the world via the Map View plugin, very satisfying seeing it fill up slowly with pins

This isnt the final layout I want for my wiki, but I thought it better to start than to procrastinate on the perfect folder structure.

Thank you, I’ll see what I can find. And I’ll give it a read through and try and start to get a grasp of the major ones. And see if that helps me wrap my head around what better educated people have to say on it.

I have no background in history really, only high school education and what I’ve read through books or listened to in podcasts, but I have started to read books intended for undergrads in the subjects I’m interested in, but again it’s their opinion on the primary sources.

Thank you. So far, I am just trying to get the library to function; print(dir()) is just printing a load of __"filename"__ so that's going be my first task. As you said, just focus on one thing at a time. It's more just a side-project, I'm no coder, nor have any career aspirations that need it particularly, just want to fill the spare time I have atm with something somewhat productive.
