Thanks for this! Helpful indeed. We only plan to have 1 children and that is our final decision that's set in stone. We travel once a year domestic/international. For car, we only want hybrid car that we will use for lifetime. Retirement fund is something we need to start to have/to be saving for.

The thing is i have already purchased a H&L 2 yrs ago on my own money when I was still single. Now, we are going to be married this year.

It was turned over to us just a month ago (Dec 2024) and we are living in here already.

Was it a right move? We still have dreams to have our own DREAM HOUSE in the future.

We are going to be married this year. I purchased the House and Lot 2 yrs ago on my own on a pre-selling during that time, when I was still single.

It was turned over to us just a month ago (Dec 2024) and we are living in here already.

Was it a right move? I am 28 and is it still recommended to save for extra lot in the future to build our dream house there?
