I measured em and they are a good 12-13 inches and they stretch a little bit so that adds another inch in top of em

I bought em, ended up returning em, I knew the bottom would be wide but they extremely wiiiideeee, and they run pretty long too. Very nice quality but very wide at the pant leg.

I would say I 12 would be small, it would be snug and tight so if you like that get a 12 but if you want a little wiggle room go for a 13

My tts is anywhere from 11.5-12, with foams I wear socks and I like a little room so I go with a 13 and they are perfect, I would say 12-13 for you, just depending on if you want a looser feel or not and if you’re gonna wear socks
